Typically, a tracking number will be generated within 24 to 48 hours after your order has been placed.
Where to Find Your Order Details
You can locate your Order ID in the confirmation email you received or in your account on our website. Please use the billing email that you provided during checkout for tracking.
Understanding Tracking Statuses
– **Order Received**: Your order has been successfully placed and is being processed.
– **Processing**: Your order is being prepared for shipment.
– **Shipped**: Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
– **In Transit**: Your order is currently in transit to your delivery address.
– **Out for Delivery**: Your order is out for delivery and should arrive soon.
– **Delivered**: Your order has been successfully delivered to your address.
– **Delivery Exception**: There was an issue with the delivery; please check the tracking for more details.

Missing or Delayed Packages
If your tracking status has not updated for more than three days, please contact us for assistance. Our support team is available Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Closed: Sunday & Public Holidays and responds within 24 business hours.
Lost Packages
If your package has not been delivered after the expected delivery date, please report it to us. We will investigate the situation and determine whether a replacement is necessary.
