You may cancel your order if you act quickly. This policy applies to all customers who wish to cancel their orders under the specified conditions.
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. The cancellation period begins once you receive your order confirmation email.
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at support@evergrowkids.shop.
2. Include your order number.
3. Provide your email address used for the order.
4. State the reason for cancellation if possible.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer an option. You will need to follow our Return Policy for any returns or exchanges.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and will typically be returned to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
There are no cancellation fees associated with your order at Evergrowkids.
You can make changes to your order, such as adjusting the delivery address or modifying item quantities, as long as these requests are made before shipment.
