Overview
Our return policy is intended to provide you with peace of mind while shopping. If your items do not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return eligible products within the designated timeframe for a refund or store credit.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original state—unused, unopened, and with all tags still attached. The original packaging should also remain intact.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: personalized products, items marked as final sale during checkout, and any products that show wear or damage.
Exchange Option
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a secure shipping method with tracking.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at support@evergrowkids.shop within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order ID and the reason for your return.
3. We will respond within within 24 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
4. Return the item using a trackable service to the address we provide.
