Customers who wish to cancel their orders can do so under the conditions specified in this policy.
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. The cancellation period begins once you receive the confirmation email for your order.
To proceed with canceling your order, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to support@evergrowkids.shop.
2. Specify your order number.
3. Include the email address used for your order.
4. If possible, provide a reason for the cancellation.
If an order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You will need to refer to our Return Policy for any returns or exchanges.
Refunds will be managed according to our Refund Policy and funds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
There are no fees associated with canceling your order at Evergrowkids.
You may request changes to your order, such as adjustments to the delivery address or item quantities, provided these requests are made before the order ships. Support replies to modification requests within 24 business hours.
