If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within our designated timeframe for a refund, granted it meets our eligibility requirements.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Additionally, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning the item.
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for refunds: gift cards, items designated as final sale, and any products that are customized or personalized.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase, and typically arrive 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Evergrowkids’ part. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by us.
1. Reach out to our support team at support@evergrowkids.shop to obtain your RMA number.
2. Prepare the item for return, ensuring it is in its original condition and packaging.
3. Include proof of purchase within the return package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided along with your RMA.
5. Inform us of the return shipment by providing the tracking information.
6. Await confirmation of your refund following inspection.
