If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within our specified timeframe for a refund, provided it meets our eligibility criteria.
To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Additionally, you must have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping the item back.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The following items cannot be returned for a refund: gift cards, items marked as final sale, and any customized or personalized products.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been approved.
The cost of original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by Evergrowkids. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
1. Contact our support team at support@evergrowkids.shop to receive your RMA number.
2. Prepare the item for return, ensuring it is in its original condition and packaging.
3. Include proof of purchase in the return package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA.
5. Notify us of the return shipment with tracking information.
6. Await confirmation of your refund after inspection.
