Overview
Our return policy is designed to ensure that you can shop with confidence. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within the specified period for a refund or store credit.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unopened, and with all tags attached. Packaging should be intact to qualify for a return.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for your items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: personalized items, final sale items marked at checkout, and any items that show signs of wear or damage.
Exchange Option
Currently, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. To switch an item, simply return it for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please use a secure shipping method with tracking.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at support@evergrowkids.shop within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order ID and reason for the return.
3. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
4. Ship the item back using a trackable service to the address provided.
