Only individuals who own copyrights or their authorized representatives may file a notice regarding infringement.
Notices should be submitted in written format to the designated contact for appropriate handling.
1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
2. Identification and location of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
3. Contact details of the notifier (including name, address, and email).
4. A statement asserting a good faith belief that the use in question is unauthorized.
5. A declaration made under penalty of perjury regarding the truthfulness of the provided information.
6. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
Users who believe their content was removed incorrectly may submit a counter-notice that includes their signature, identification of the material that was removed, a good faith statement, contact information, and consent to jurisdiction. We will review the counter-notice upon receipt.
Evergrowkids retains the right to suspend or terminate accounts of individuals identified as repeat infringers when appropriate.
